A: Something was wrong with the profile.
Q: Will you advertise my site/pm my site to everyoneAwards:
A: No, I will not. Advertise your site in the Advertising board, PM advertisements are not allowed, read the rules.
Q: Can we have multiple charactersAwards:
A: Keep 'em active and yeah, you can have as many as you want.
Q: Can I be a staff memberAwards:
A: No.
Q: I'm going on vacation for a while, can you save my accountsAwards:
A: Post in the absences.
Q: Can I post in the chat box before my profile is acceptedAwards:
A: No.
Q: I can't log into my account, whyAwards:
A: Could be a couple reasons:
1. Either you keep getting the password/username wrong.
2. Your account was taken over by a staff member due to information leading to the feeling that talking the account over was necessity.
3. You were banned.
Q: I signed up for another account, but it hasn't sent me the verification e-mail yet, whyAwards:
A: This is a process I hate, but is required none the less in case staff needs to reach you. It can take up to ten minutes for this email to be sent. If it hasn't gotten to you in ten minutes and you are sure the email you entered is correct, I don't know. PM one of the admins and we can delete the account for you and you can re-register it.
Q: One of my characters accounts got deleted, can I re-make itAwards:
A: Chances are no. PM a staff member for specific reasons.
Q: Can your student be different NationalitiesAwards:
A: Yes, BUT they must have moved to either: England, Scotland, Ireland, or Wales BEFORE the age of eight.
Q: Do you sign up for Un-Pure Blood stuff first or laterAwards:
A: If you plan on putting it within your App, first, if not, either. Though first is my preferably.
Q: I didn't get in the Hogwarts House I wanted, can you change it to {Insert House Here}Awards:
A: No. To prevent over population of a house, the staff chooses the house based on your application.
